Di2 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the di2 platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These Terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the di2 platform (di2.bio), you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the di2 platform.
Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
The di2 platform is intended solely for individuals who have reached the legal age of majority under the applicable laws of Malaysia. By registering, you confirm that you are legally eligible to use these services.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to register only one (1) personal account on di2. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
When registering, you are required to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full name, phone number, and valid payment details.
- Complete any identity verification (KYC) process required by di2 to authenticate your account.
- Set a strong password and keep it confidential. di2 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access, please contact the di2 support team immediately at [email protected].
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a registered user of di2, you agree to:
- Do not use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful or that violates regulations in Malaysia.
- Not attempt to access any systems, databases, or other users' accounts without authorisation.
- Not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other methods to manipulate the betting system, game outcomes, or markets on di2.
- Do not engage in payment fraud, identity falsification, or any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform.
- Do not share your account with anyone or allow a third party to use your account on your behalf.
Di2 reserves the right to take action, including suspending or terminating an account without notice, if any of the above rules are breached. Account balances associated with fraudulent activity or manipulation may be forfeited to di2.

4. MYR Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the di2 platform — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid, registered in their own name, and meets the required verification criteria.
The following payment-related terms apply:
- Deposits: Deposits are credited to your account once payment is successfully verified. Processing times vary by payment method — GrabPay and Boost are typically instant, while FPX may take up to one hour.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe set by di2. Withdrawals may only be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the original deposit, subject to successful identity verification.
- Minimum transaction: Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per payment method and are subject to change. Check your account panel for the latest details.
- Taxes and charges: Users are responsible for any taxes, duties, or bank charges that their payment provider may impose in connection with transactions made on di2.
Di2 reserves the right to place a hold on any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity pending the outcome of an investigation.
5. Liability Limits & Account Termination Policy
Liability Limit
The di2 platform is provided "as is" with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service. di2 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including data loss, service interruptions, or disputed game outcomes resulting from technical issues.
Di2's total liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Termination
Di2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account under the following circumstances:
- The user has violated any of the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions.
- The user has engaged in fraudulent activity, market manipulation, or money laundering.
- The user provides false information during registration or the identity verification process.
- At the user's own request to voluntarily close their account.
- If directed by a relevant authority or by applicable law.
If an account is terminated due to a breach, balances associated with the violating activity may be forfeited. For voluntary terminations or technical reasons not attributable to user misconduct, any valid balance will be returned once verification is complete.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the di2 platform — including logos, brand names, interface designs, text, graphics, and software code — is the property of di2 and is protected under intellectual property law. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using this content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from di2.
Third-Party Links
The di2 platform may contain links or references to third-party service providers such as payment processors. di2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Users are advised to read the terms and privacy policies of third parties before submitting any personal information.
Changes to Terms
Di2 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Users will be notified via in-platform notifications or their registered email when significant changes are made. Continued use of the platform after amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the di2 platform shall be resolved through negotiation in the first instance, and where necessary, through the appropriate courts of Malaysia.
